"What inspires me is the eureka moment. That spark of inspiration.
That quick and easy artistic endeavour, where the sense of achievement
overrides profit. Who inspires me are those who succeed without
reward or favour. The outsider who never gives up and defeats the odds."

This website is a repository of my creative prose, artwork, inventive concepts and ideas. It contains over twenty years of perseverance, abstract thought and thinking out of the box.
My many passions in life include our aeronautical heritage, being a wannabe diver, and following the ongoing exploits of SpaceX.
My interest in all things aviation was guaranteed at an early age. My Dad served in the Royal Air Force, with me being born in The Princess Mary's RAF Hospital, Akrotiri, Cyprus in 1965. Thereafter we moved to a number of military bases, both here in the UK and abroad. Aeroplanes are in my blood.
My childhood obsession with classic war films, Dad's Army and Airfix models was almost, but not quite, surpassed by an interest in Science Fiction. My favourites still include the very best in British television, namely Quatermass, Blake's 7, The Tomorrow People, The Day of the Triffids and Dr Who. Top of my list is reserved for The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Red Dwarf.
I’ve written four books, including The Lost Diaries of John Smith, a post apocalyptic search for truth, and War of the Worlds 1960, an unauthorised sequel to H G Wells' The War of the Worlds. My graphic recreations have also proven extremely popular, while product design is more of a hobby. Ideas have included a low cost crash tender for small aerodromes, and a solar funded museum display hall 100% financed through solar energy.
